A mixed later-living development combining care accommodation and retirement homes, designed around shared amenities, strong daylight, generous landscape and calm resident experience.

The Courage Garden

A sanctuary garden concept created in collaboration with a domestic abuse charity, focused on safety, restoration, dignity and community connection.
